Cut tissue paper into little scraps and paint mod podge on back of clipboard. Place scraps however you like then paint another 2 layers of mod podge over tissue. Use exacto knife to cut extra tissue hanging over the edge. (Tissue goes on back so the front where there will be papers will stay flat for writing.) :)
